Client Profile: Sohaila Sophia Coaching is the practice of Sohaila Sophia, an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach based in Southsea, Portsmouth. She offers therapeutically informed life and executive coaching, which sits between traditional coaching and therapy. Her clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who keep everything together on the outside while feeling stretched on the inside. Her services include 1:1 coaching, couples coaching, corporate coaching and DISC profiling, delivered online and in person.
Client’s Objective: Sohaila needed a professional website that captured the warmth and depth of her coaching and turned visitors into enquiries. She already had a designer shaping the look and feel of her brand. What she needed from us was someone to take that vision and build it into a working website. The site had to reflect her brand, fit her budget, and be something she could manage and grow herself.
Project Scope: We worked closely with Sohaila’s designer to bring the project to life, turning the agreed designs into a clean, calm and fully responsive WordPress website.
The site is simple to navigate, with focused About, Services, Testimonials and Contact pages. Each of her four services has room to explain who it is for and how it works. Testimonials build trust, and an FAQ section answers the questions new clients often have before reaching out. Every route leads to a free introductory call or a simple enquiry form, so getting started is easy.
We also looked after the technical side of the launch, moving her domain across and setting up secure hosting and SSL so the site went live smoothly.
Future Prospects: The site gives Sohaila a strong SEO foundation, with clearly structured service pages ready to be expanded as her practice grows. It is built for her to manage herself, so she can add content, refine her services and build her visibility at her own pace.
