Client Profile: Embrace Wellness is a holistic wellness business offering a wide range of services, from private and group yoga classes for all levels from beginner through to advanced, to sound bath events, one-to-one sessions, and a curated selection of wellness products. With a growing local following and an expanding offering, they needed a digital home that could do justice to everything they provide.

Client’s Objective: The client came to us with a clear but ambitious brief: they wanted a single, streamlined platform where customers could discover their services, book classes and events, purchase products, and manage their own accounts, all in one place. Equally important was visibility; the website needed to work hard to get Embrace Wellness found by local people searching for yoga and holistic wellness in the area. The challenge was bringing all of this together without creating something bloated or overwhelming to navigate.

Project Scope: We designed and built a bespoke WordPress website using the Avada theme, carefully selecting and integrating a suite of plugins to deliver the functionality required, without sacrificing speed or simplicity. The result is a site that feels clean and intentional, despite the technical complexity working quietly beneath the surface.

At the heart of the booking experience is Amelia, a professional booking system that allows customers to browse, book, and pay for classes and events with ease. WooCommerce powers the online shop, enabling Embrace Wellness to sell their wellness products directly through the site. Both systems are fully integrated, meaning customers can create a login account to manage their bookings, purchases, and upcoming sessions all from one dashboard, giving a seamless experience for both the client and their customers.

The website also features a high-quality blog, built as a key pillar of the SEO strategy, designed to help Embrace Wellness rank for relevant local search terms and establish authority in the wellness space. The site is secured and accelerated through Cloudflare, ensuring fast load times and a reliable experience for every visitor.
