Client Profile: Vanilla Bean Catering is an established catering company with a stellar reputation. However, they wanted to elevate their online presence and reframe their identity to reflect their expanded service offerings, positioning themselves as an event company providing exceptional catering, rather than just a catering business.

Client’s Objective: Vanilla Bean Catering sought to redesign their website to better represent their business as a luxury events company. Although they were satisfied with the design, the backend had become difficult to manage, and the website no longer supported their growth. Their goal was to build a platform that showcased their events expertise, provided easy content management, and was designed to scale as their business continued to grow.

Project Scope: We built a high-end, luxury WordPress website using the Avada theme, tailored to reflect the brand’s sophisticated identity. The website structure was designed with 12 pages, including services for private parties, corporate events, weddings, contract catering, and more. We also created custom post types for blogs and venues with templated layouts to make content management seamless.

The website was crafted with a focus on user experience, improving the design and user flow, allowing potential clients to easily navigate the site and find the information they need. Fully optimised written content was incorporated to boost traffic and ensure the site was search-engine-friendly from the start.

Future Prospects: This new website will serve as a long-term asset for Vanilla Bean Catering, with built-in scalability for future growth. Over the next year, additional pages and features can be easily added, further optimising the website’s searchability. The luxury design and high-quality content will continue to help Vanilla Bean flourish as a premier event and catering company, driving traffic and generating leads.
