“Sasha has been incredible in the building of my website. I came to her with basically nothing in terms of ideas and she has created a fantastic website. Sasha was so patient with me and communication was great throughout the whole process. Choosing Chell Web & Design was by far the best decision I have made for my business. Can’t recommend enough.”

Project Overview: The Wellbeing Dept. – Website & Brand Design for a New Mental Health & Wellbeing Practice

Client Profile: The Wellbeing Dept. is a newly established mental health and wellbeing practice offering private support to individuals and businesses. The founder’s mission is to provide a compassionate, person-centered space to prioritise mental health, offering services such as personal guidance, workplace wellness solutions, and support through life’s challenges.

Client’s Objective: The client approached us to create a complete digital identity, including a logo, brand design, and a user-friendly website to showcase their services. The goal was to develop an online presence that reflects their compassionate and professional approach, while making it easy for potential clients to learn about their offerings and book sessions.

Project Scope: We started by designing a variety of logo concepts inspired by the ethos of mental health and wellbeing, narrowing down the final design through several rounds of development. Once the logo, colour scheme, and typography were finalised, we proceeded to create a one-page WordPress website that captured the brand’s essence. The site is designed to be approachable, friendly, and professional, clearly communicating the services offered and providing an easy-to-navigate booking system using Calendly, integrated directly into the website. The site was built with the client’s budget in mind, providing an affordable yet professional solution to establish their online presence. It’s a strong foundation for future growth, allowing the client to expand their website as the business grows.

Future Prospects: As The Wellbeing Dept. expands, the website can easily evolve, adding more pages, content, and features to support the growing needs of the business. This project serves as a perfect example of how a new business can establish a solid digital presence and build upon it as they grow.

Conclusion: The Wellbeing Dept.’s new website effectively introduces their mental health and wellbeing services, creating a welcoming and professional platform that’s ready to grow with the business.
