I use WordPress CMS (Content Management System) to build your site, which then is run on a dedicated hosting server. I build your own bespoke template for your site using Avada Theme. However, if you have a prefered theme, we can discuss this.
If you currently use Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy or another web builder and need assistance with your site but don’t want to move provider, I am happy to accommodate. However, my prefered web build system is WordPress.
With every website design project, we design a homepage with placeholder text and imagery. All placeholder imagery are royalty free images that you can use. However, we always recommend replacing these with your own images where possible.
When it comes to copywriting, this isn’t included within the website design costs. If you need assistance writing your content, this can be done at an extra cost. Please do get in touch with us to arrange this.
All of our websites are designed in a user friendly way to maintain. What this means is that you have the ability to keep your site updated yourself. If you would like a training session to fully understand how to use your platform, do get in touch for prices.
If you do not have the capacity or do not want to manage the website yourself, we have a range of monthly maintenance packages or we can build a tailored package around the maintenance you need and the budget you have for this.

We start with a free consultation to understand your business, your goals, and what kind of website support you need. Whether that’s a full build, adding new features, or monthly maintenance.
Step 2: Proposal & Quote
Based on our chat, we’ll create a tailored proposal outlining your options, the best route forward, and a clear quote with timeline. Once approved, we’re good to go.
Step 3: Get Started
Depending on the project, we’ll begin with a wireframe, homepage design, or set up your requested features. Every step is aligned with your brand and objectives.
Step 4: Review & Feedback
You’ll be invited to review the work so far, whether that’s a new layout, implemented feature, or updated page. We’ll make sure it’s on track before moving forward.
Step 5: Build or Implement
We continue building out your site or finalising the requested changes. If you’re providing content, now’s the time to get it to us. The more prepared we are, the smoother this phase goes!
Step 6: Finalisation
Once everything’s in place, we’ll carry out detailed checks across devices and browsers, review content accuracy, and give you time to share final feedback with your team.
Step 7: Go Live / Launch
