We’re thrilled to share that our founder, Sasha Mitchell, has been named Young Businesswoman of the Year, Hampshire at the Business Awards UK 2025 – Women in Business Awards!
This award is a huge moment for both Sasha and Chell Web & Design. It’s not just a recognition of the business itself, but of the years of hard work, creativity, and resilience it’s taken to get here. At just 27, Sasha has built a successful digital design studio from the ground up. One that now supports dozens of businesses across the UK, helping them grow online through thoughtful branding, beautiful websites, and tailored digital support.

A Business Built from the Ground Up
Chell Web & Design began as a freelancing venture while Sasha was completing her Masters in Graphic Design. What started as one-off design projects quickly turned into a full-time business, with Sasha juggling work, studies, and building her client base.
Since then, the business has grown into a trusted partner for small businesses looking for standout websites, engaging branding, and dependable digital support. From day one, our mission has been to help others grow, and seeing that recognised at this national level is something we’re truly proud of.
Recognition That Fuels the Journey
This isn’t the first award we’ve celebrated. Last year, we were named Technology Business of the Year (Hampshire) at the Business Awards UK 2024 – Technology Awards. To now follow that up with recognition for Sasha personally, as a young female founder, is a milestone we’ll never forget.
