We’re incredibly excited to share that Chell Web & Design has been shortlisted for the UK StartUp Awards 2025, this time in the Young Entrepreneur of the Year – South East category!
This is a huge honour for our team, and we’re looking forward to attending the regional awards ceremony on 24th June in Reading, where we’ll find out the results alongside some of the most inspiring young business owners in the South East.

The UK StartUp Awards celebrate the best and brightest new businesses across the country. These awards shine a spotlight on entrepreneurs who are not only building successful businesses, but also making a real difference in their industries and communities.
The Young Entrepreneur of the Year category recognises individuals under 30 who have demonstrated innovation, determination, and growth in their business journey. We’re incredibly proud to be included in such an inspiring lineup.
From Graduate Startup to Multi-Award Finalist
Last year, we were shortlisted for Graduate StartUp of the Year, which celebrated businesses launched by recent university graduates. That shortlisting meant the world to us. It validated our early steps into business, from humble beginnings freelancing during studies to taking the leap into full-time entrepreneurship.
To now be recognised again, this time in a broader and even more competitive category, is a massive moment for us.
Since launching in 2018, Chell Web & Design has grown from a solo venture into a fully female-led creative team of five. We’ve worked with businesses across Hampshire, the South East, and beyond. helping them bring their ideas to life through bespoke website design, branding, SEO, and digital support. Every milestone has been powered by late nights, collaboration, learning, and a passion for helping businesses thrive online.
Looking Ahead
We’re so excited to attend the awards ceremony later this month and celebrate with the other amazing finalists. Just being recognised for this category is a huge achievement, and we’re incredibly grateful to the judging panel for seeing the potential, creativity, and resilience behind Chell Web & Design.
No matter the result, this shortlisting marks another step in our journey, and we’re proud to share it with our brilliant clients, supporters, and community who have been with us every step of the way.
